I was with friends for just one night on the occasion of a dance festival that was held in San Vincenzo. The place is very nice: very large apartment, well-stocked and spacious kitchen, modern furniture and everything very clean. Possibility to park inside. The owners are very nice and they also quietly waited for us to check in even though we arrived at 9:30 pm. Recommended!

This is definitely the best place to stay in San Vincenzo. The rooms are spacious, well furnished and very modern. The owners are very cordial and extremely helpful. The structure is a stone's throw from the sea in front of a beautiful beach and the garden of the structure is beautiful and well kept. In general really beautiful and highly recommended to stay a few days/week in San Vincenzo, in front of one of its most beautiful beaches and with a breathtaking view.

We stayed in this residence the last week of August and it was a pleasant discovery. Large and very clean apartment, the terrace is very comfortable even for those who, like us, had a four-legged friend in tow. Beach really close by, very courteous and helpful owners. I spent two weeks in one of the many apartments in Villa Hedy... The apartment is furnished in a simple, modern but above all very functional way. Inside each apartment there are TV, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and dishwasher fully functional, for the sea there are umbrellas and deck chairs for the duration of the stay and the parking space (not to be underestimated considering the absence of parking out). A few meters from the sea, it is ideal for families, couples and friends who want to enjoy a holiday of total relaxation! I recommend!

We stayed at this residence in June and were more than satisfied. It is truly a stone's throw from the sea, ideal for those who, like us, have a little girl. The beach is free, but the reseidence provides umbrellas and sunbeds. The apartment is nice, with attention to detail and very clean. The staff are very helpful and polite. We had forgotten the stroller and they gave us one (free of charge) for the duration of our stay. At guests' disposal there are also bicycles, there is a beautiful garden with slides and swings and a barbecue grill (with wood available). The wi-fi is free and has good reception. Highly recommended!

I am spending my third week at the residence for the sixth consecutive year! For me and my family (husband, 2 children and a dog) it is like being at home: the position in the holm oak grove two (two in number!) Steps from the beach, the spacious and equipped garden for adults and friends. four-legged, comfortable apartments, clean and equipped with every comfort, the friendliness and hospitality of Stefania the owner, make the residence a place that you can not give up and that in our minds is perfectly associated with the concept of a holiday away from worldliness and the typical confusion of tourist villages understood in the modern sense of the term. Long live the simplicity in the middle of nature, even if accompanied by the most essential comforts!

We stayed 4 nights at Villa Hedy, from Thursday to Sunday. The owner Stefania welcomed us with great cordiality, as always.... We had already been to her last year because nothing is really missing in this structure; having a three-year-old child you have all the necessary comforts: parking in the underground garage, the apartment really equipped with every comfort and the beach with sun loungers and umbrellas service a few steps (real) from the structure. I do not fail to point out the willingness that Stefania reserved for us in making us stay longer than the scheduled time: not having other guests that day, she allowed us to enjoy a few more hours of the beach.
